Can’t find your gift? Here’s what to do!
Sometimes emails get lost, spam folders act up, or a magical gift accidentally gets deleted. The good news? Your gift is still out there—and we’ll help you track it down.
Here’s how to find, resend, or update your Prezzee gift card in just a few steps.

If you received a gift but can’t find it:
- Search your inbox for “Your Prezzee Gift”
- Check your junk or spam folders (just in case)
- Still nothing? The gift might have been deleted or sent to a different email address
If you know who sent it, you can ask them to resend it. If not, no stress—keep reading.
If you sent a gift and want to resend it:
You can easily track or resend your gift here: Track or Resend My Gift
All you need is your order number (check your confirmation email).
You’ll be able to:
- Resend the gift to the same email address
- Update the email if it was entered incorrectly
- See if the gift has been opened
No problem. Reach out to our team with:
- The email the gift was sent to (if known)
- The name of the sender or recipient
- When the gift was sent (a rough date is fine)
