Your Prezzee Wallet in your account can help you keep track of balances!
Some cards, like the Prezzee Smart eGift Card will automatically update your balance in your wallet.
Other cards or brands require a manual balance check on their websites or by contacting them directly.
To check your card’s balance in your wallet, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Prezzee Wallet or open your eGift Card from the gift email we sent you.
- If the balance is not automatically updated, select 'Update balance' or 'Check balance' and follow the prompts to complete your balance check .
- If neither of these options are available, contact the retailer or brand directly to find out your card’s balance.
