1. How do I use my Visa Rewards Card online?
- Select the online retailer you wish to shop at.
- Select item/s - make sure the total cost of your purchase is equal to or lower than your Visa Rewards Card value.
- Pay for your order - Select 'Credit' as the payment method and enter the Visa Rewards Card details into the respective fields.
- Make sure to enter the card details in the payment method fields, not in the gift card field.
2. Where can I use my Visa Rewards Card?
You can use your card online or over the phone purchases where Visa Rewards Cards are accepted.
3. Can I use my Visa Rewards Card in-store?
Yes you can!
Use online, over the phone, or when added to a digital wallet like Google Wallet or Apple Wallet!
4. How can I check the transactions I've made with my Visa Rewards Card?
To view your transaction history:
- Click on the 'Get your card' button on Prezzee landing page.
- On the 'Use your Virtual Card' landing page, locate the Transactions section.
- Here you can view the date, amount and retailer you shopped at (if available).
5. How can I check my Card balance ?
The Available Balance section on the 'Use your Virtual Account' landing page contains the current balance of your card.
Note: If you recently have completed a transaction, it may take some time for your card balance to be updated.
6. How long is my Visa Rewards Card valid for?
Visa Rewards Cards are valid for 6 months or 12 months from the date received.
Once you’ve unlocked your card, you can find the expiry date on the Prezzee landing page. Once your card has passed its expiry, it can no longer be used.
7. Can I use my Visa Rewards Card internationally?
No.
Visa Rewards Cards can only be used within the USA.
8. Are Visa Rewards Cards reloadable?
No.
These cards are not reloadable.
9. I have a small balance left on my card. How can I use it?
You can use your remaining balance at most eligible retailers, as long as your purchase amount is lower than or equal to your remaining balance on your card.
If you only have a low balance, it may be worth looking for a retailer that offers free shipping.
10. What happens if I need to return something I purchased with my Card?
If the retailer agrees to a refund for goods or services obtained with your card, you agree to accept credits to the balance on your card in place of cash, if the merchant does not offer cash refunds. The credit will reflect on the card within 30 days.
Note: Any credits that exceed the face value of the Card may be declined or take up to 30 days to process.
You will be able to view the credit on the 'Use your Virtual Account' landing page.
11. Can I add my Card to Apple or Google Wallet?
Yes, cards can be added to Google or Apple wallets. Refer to 'Use your Virtual Account' landing page for instructions.
12. Do I need to activate my Visa Rewards Card in order to use it?
No.
This card will be activated when received.
13. Can I use my Card at ATMs?
No.
This card can not be used at ATMs.
14. Can I add more money to my Visa Rewards Card?
No.
Visa Rewards Cards are not reloadable and cannot be topped up.
15. Can I transfer funds from one Card to another Card?
No.
Funds cannot be transferred from one card to another.
