Not all gift cards are created equal, and neither are balance checks. :)
Some cards, like the Prezzee Smart eGift Card, automatically update your balance, other cards, require a manual balance check and there are also a few cards that will require you to contact the retailer to check your balance.
To check your card’s balance, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Prezzee Wallet or open your eGift Card from the gift email we sent you
- If the balance is not automatically updated, select 'Update balance' or 'Check balance' and follow the prompts to complete your balance check
- If neither of these options are available, contact the retailer directly to find out your card’s balance.
