How can I check my card's balance?

Not all gift cards are created equal, and neither are balance checks. :)

Some cards, like the Prezzee Smart eGift Card, automatically update your balance, other cards, require a manual balance check and there are also a few cards that will require you to contact the retailer to check your balance.

To check your card’s balance, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Prezzee Wallet or open your eGift Card from the gift email we sent you
  2. If the balance is not automatically updated, select 'Update balance' or 'Check balance' and follow the prompts to complete your balance check 
  3. If neither of these options are available, contact the retailer directly to find out your card’s balance.
