The Sender Profile feature is used for different departments of the business i.e. Prezzee Customer Care, Prezzee Human Resources or Prezzee Finance to send a card from those different departments to the recipient.
How to change or add a Sender Profile:
- Click ‘Sender Profile’ in the banner at the top of the dashboard
- Select ‘New Sender Profile
- Enter in name for new Sender Profile + image and select SAVE
