How to create your own Branded Card

1. Get started

Log into your Prezzee Business account and select ‘Branded Cards’ from the top menu

In the Branded Cards section, you have the option to create new Branded Cards or view past creations.
If it's your first time, choose "Create a Branded Card" to begin.
If you need a refresher on how to use the feature, select "How to Use".
If you already have Branded Cards, select "Get started".

2. Add a display name to your Branded Card

Enter a display name that will appear on the card. Double-check for accuracy and personal preference.

Note that once you confirm the display name, you cannot make changes within Prezzee Business.
Contact us if you need further customizations.

3. Add an image to your Branded Card

Upload the image you want to appear on your card.
Use the "Upload image" option to crop and resize the image.

Move the rectangle on the screen to crop, and use the slider to zoom in and out. Please ensure the image is in JPG or PNG format and has dimensions of at least 452 pixels wide by 242 pixels in height for optimal viewing on your Branded Card.

Once confirmed, you cannot make further changes within Prezzee Business. Reach out to us for any modifications.

Note: Navigating back or away from this page without creating your Branded Card will cause the display name and image to disappear and be lost.

4. Complete creating your Branded Card

After finalizing your Branded Card, select "Create my Branded Card" to let our platform add the finishing touches.

5. Review your newly created Branded Card

Once your Branded Card is created, you can start sending it to recipients.

A confirmation message will show your display name, image, and links.
Select "Start gifting" to begin or resume your order from the Prezzee Business homepage.

You'll also find your Branded Card listed under "Your Branded Cards."
Clicking on a Branded Card reveals card details, including a unique reference called "Card ID," which can be used for bulk uploading multiple recipients.

Easily copy the “Card ID” and paste when you start an order. To learn how to bulk send, click here.

6. Using your Branded Cards in your order

When you start or resume an order, your Branded Cards will appear on the list of cards to choose from when selecting a gift.

Top tips on Branded Cards 

  • If you have access to Branded Cards but can't create them, contact us or your organization's Account Manager for assistance.
  • Ensure you provide a display name and upload an image to create your Branded Card.
  • If you encounter issues while creating your Branded Card, it may be due to technical difficulties. Please try again later or reach out to us for help.
  • You can zoom in/out and crop the image using the cropper tool to fit the card design dimensions.
  • If you want to change or remove an uploaded image, click the red icon in the top right corner of the card design preview and follow the prompts.
  • Contact us or your organization's Account Manager for any changes or removal of your Branded Cards.
  • Existing Branded Cards for your organization will be visible in the "Your Branded Cards" list.
  • The maximum file size for the branded card image is tested up to 50MB, but it's recommended to use smaller file sizes for quicker loading.
  • If your uploaded image appears with a black background, it means the image has a transparent background. Ensure the image is opaque for the correct color display.
